Planning Your Visit

Shepherd's Vine Christian Centre, SVCC, is a Bible believing and practicing mission church, established in 1999 after God gave a word to his servants, Rev. Emmanuel Ogiemudia and Pst (Mrs) Kemi Ogiemudia to go to Yenagoa, Bayelsa state...to "a people so rich yet so poor.' with a word from Acts 3:19.

Our History

Shepherd's Vine Christian Centre is known as 'The Church of the RESTORED'. Set up to reposition men for a sure and better future in the Lord the church has been engaged in the restoration of the original graces of God for man to be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, subdue it and have dominion ~ Genesis 1: 28.The church, SVCC has built on the word and remained focused on the vision and mandate. With branch churches in many communities of Bayelsa state, as well as neighboring state capitals, Port-Harcourt and Warri, many lives are being "repositioned for a sure and better future." New frontiers are being opened for the Ministry to the glory of God.

Our Mission Statement

To bring people to the Lord Jesus and to plant them in the house of God, so that they can be who they ought to be in Christ in order for God to effect the desired change in their world; and they in turn becoming ambassador for change.(This change is the transformation into the image of the Son of God: the true man.)This is further summarized in our catch phrase Repositioning you for a sure and better future This future which is captured in our advance acronym; R.E.S.T.O.R.E.D. Revived/Restored. E - Enterprising S - Strong T - Triumphing. O - Overcoming. R - Reloaded E - Engaging. D - Drive (enthusiasm or zeal)
